CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER IT’S BEEN SUBMITTED?
Yes, yes you can. We understand the click-happy nature of our website, so we do indeed offer a generous option to cancel or amend your order within two hours of being placed. After this period however, your order is sent immediately to our warehouses for fulfillment and cannot be changed.
We recommed the following checklist to help you shop responsibly....
1. 'Do I really need it?' Chances are high on this one, given you're already at checkout and you're looking at it like it's a newborn baby.... 2. 'Maybe I'll get it later?' You can always save it to your wish list for another time, but we have two potentially soul crushing words for you here: 'SOLD OUT'. 3. 'What if I don't like it?' Oh this one is easy. You can simply arrange a return for refund or store credit depending on your method of payment.

We like to make it as easy as possible for you, which is why we accept Visa and Mastercard, as well as paypal and cash on delivery.
I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE. HOW DO I USE IT?
To use your discount code, simply enter the code in the box when you visit 'your basket'. Please note that you can only redeem one code at a time, otherwise our tech team start to shout at their monitors, and we don't want to put that on you. Want to redeem another code instead? Then all you have to do is remove the first code and add the new one.
WHEN I PURCHASE AN ITEM, HOW IS IT DELIVERED TO ME?
Congratulations on your purchase- we hope the two of you you will be very happy together. We'll endevaour to unite you with your parcel as soon as possible, which starts with a confirmation email landing in your inbox within an hour of you placing your order. All items will then be sent via our partner courier company, who will send you a request for your location and a convienent delivery time.
Shipping is free for all orders over 350 AED in the UAE, however if your order is under this threshold or you are based outside of the UAE, shipping costs will be applied to your order at checkout. So, if ever there was an excuse/incentive to shop more, why not take advantage and qualify for complimentary shipping? We make a lot of sense when you think about it. Still have more questions? CAN I RETURN SOMETHING ONCE I’VE RECEIVED IT?
Yes of course and with minimal admin too. All we need you to do is notify us via email of your intent to return your order within 7 days of recieving the item. Then, ensure your item is still in its original packaging and return to us within 14 days of receipt. If you have any queries, please don't hesitiate to contact our Customer Service team and they can advise you on the process further.
DO I HAVE TO PAY TO SHIP MY ORDER RETURNS BACK TO Sprii.com?
There's nothing worse than hidden charges, which is why we like to be open and upfront on how we manage returns. We'll simply deduct the return shipping costs from your refund, so you don't need to worry about paying at the time of pick up. We offer a courier service to ensure a safe return to Sprii.com, or you can choose to send the parcel back using your own service. Still have more questions? No problem. HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
We work at lightning speed to give you the best possible service. As soon as we have processed your return, our Finance and Customer Service teams are on it to refund you as quickly as possible. Depending on your method of payment, please see below on how and when you will receive your refund.
If you paid by credit card, then the amount paid for each item will be refunded directly onto your card. However, if you paid using our COD (cash on delivery) service, then we will refund your Sprii.com account with store credit. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing once we have received your returned item. Promotions, discounts and original shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
