Welcome to the nuts and bolts of our Sprii.com enterprise- our Shipping & Returns policy. Granted, there's a lot of info here, but we've done our best to make it as concise as possible, because we know this part is frankly a bit of a bore.
So, something to make this worth reading? How about FREE SHIPPING for all orders in the UAE. If you're ordering from outside the UAE, please refer to our shipping rate below:

When shipped outside the UAE, Sprii.com items may be subject to import duties and taxes. Sprii.com does not pay these duties and taxes, and you are not charged for these at the time of placing your order. These costs will be invoiced by the shipping carrier upon delivery of your items and you’ll be responsible for the payment of any such import duties and taxes.
Duty and tax rates vary from country to country, and also depend on the items that are being shipped. We have no control over these charges and encourage you to contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. COD service is currently available only for KSA and UAE. COD amount has been limited to 2000 AED.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY
Sprii.com insures every purchase during its time en-route to you, from the moment it leaves the warehouse until the moment it’s delivered to your door. We require a signature for all delivered goods; once you’ve signed for your items, we are no longer responsible for them. If you’ve specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery (for example if the item is a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by the named recipient (or addressee) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Sprii.com.
We aim to dispatch all items within 48 hours of receiving your order, Saturday to Thursday. All delivery times referred to above are estimates only, and we do not accept any liability for failure to deliver items within the stated delivery period.
OUR RETURNS POLICY
We’ve developed a reputation for quality and excellent value and we are continually striving to improve further- we're a bit OCD like that. It's important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, so if for any reason you do not love a product you receive, we will gladly issue a refund as long as the item is still in its original packaging, you contact us within seven days of purchase and send it back to us within 7 days of receipt. We regret we are unable to accept returns from the Middle East*- all sales are final.

To make the process as smooth as possible for you, we also offer a secure courier collection service for all returns. We offer complimentary returns so you do not have to worry about the shipping fees.
If you paid for your item by credit or debit card, then the amount paid for each item will be refunded directly onto your card- pease note that this can take up to five days to appear in your account. However, if you paid using our COD (cash on delivery) service, then we will refund your Sprii.com account with store credit. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing once we have received your returned item. Promotions and discounts will not be reimbursed.
HOW DO I PROCESS A RETURN?
Simply... 1. Log in to your Sprii.com Account and select the Returns tab in your dashboard. 2. Fill out the short Returns Form listing the order number and reason for return. 3. We will respond to your request within two working days and if the item is still in its original packaging, will organise for your return item to be collected. 4. Once your returned item has been received you will be sent a confirmation email. ...And that's it!
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
We don't offer an exchange service as we want to make your return as efficient as possible. We will simply issue you with a refund if you have paid with either a credit or debit car, or furnish your account with store credit if you paid COD for your order.
